Auditions and presentations are open to current students, alumni, and community members alike, but priority is given to current students. To get started, it is important to understand what degree the undergraduate program offers and if it is possible to specialize in dance.At the theatre festival in Fullerton, California, we offer a bachelor's degree in dance. Those applying for this degree must pass an audition in modern dance and ballet and maintain a minimum grade in each dance technique, class, and performance. Unfortunately, we do not offer a specialization in dance.The theatre festival also hosts two concerts each year.
These concerts are a mix of choreographies by professors, guest artists, and students performed at The Little Theater on the CSUF campus. Participating in these performances is an excellent way to refine your skills by taking part in historical and contemporary choreographic works. Furthermore, theater students have the opportunity to compete at the state and national levels, perform, design and design productions on the main stage and on the second stage, as well as dedicate themselves to theater as a profession.
